VC 2 Club Terms & Conditions

2. Booking Slots: Performers can book slots to perform on our comedy stage. Bookings are subject to availability and are on a first-come-first-serve basis.
3. Booking Fee: A fee may be applicable for booking a slot. All payments are non-refundable.
4. Content and Conduct:
   • Performers are responsible for the content of their performances.
   • Hate speech, explicit content, or any form of discrimination is prohibited.
   • Performers must ensure content doesn't infringe upon copyrights or other legal rights.
5. Age Restriction: Performers must be 18 years or older to book a slot.
6. Limitation of Liability: We are not responsible for any injury, damages, or negative outcomes from a performance.
7. Privacy: Our Privacy Policy outlines our data collection and usage practices.
8. Changes to Terms: We can change these terms at any time without notice. Using our platform means accepting any changes.
9. Termination: We can terminate access for users violating these terms.
10. Governing Law: These terms follow the laws of India. Disputes are resolved in Delhi courts.
